“Morricone Stories” is the latest album featuring one of the brightest stars of Italian jazz on the international scene, saxophonist Stefano Di Battista. A tribute to Ennio Morricone that bridges jazz and famous soundtracks such as Once Upon a Time in America, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Mission, and Veruschka, as well as Flora, a piece written by the Maestro specifically for Di Battista.

With an international career spanning Italy and France, the musician has collaborated with artists such as Michel Petrucciani, Richard Bona, Claudio Baglioni, Renato Zero, and Nicky Nicolai.
