Federico Malaman is an authentic virtuoso of the electric bass and double bass, renowned for his extraordinary technique, groove, and musicality. Holding a degree in classical double bass from the Verona Conservatory, he teaches at the “G. Donizetti” Conservatory in Bergamo and has collaborated with artists such as Mario Biondi, Elio e le Storie Tese, George Benson, Marcus Miller, Al Jarreau, and Snarky Puppy.

Described by Talking Bass as an artist capable of seamlessly transitioning from sophisticated grooves to breathtaking improvisations, and by No Treble as “a phenomenon who blends surreal humor with screaming bass playing,” Malaman combines talent, versatility, and a strong stage presence.
