Peppone Calabrese<\/strong> will be a guest at the Gran Caff\u00e8 Gambrinus in Montecatini Terme<\/strong> on Friday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. for the column ” Le Confidenze di Acqua in bocca ma non troppo<\/em> ” by Simona Peselli.<\/strong>
The chef and Rai host on the occasion will present his latest book entitled ” L’Italia che ho visto, luoghi, storie e ricette di un Paese autentico<\/strong> “, published by Rai Libri. Italy is a place of excellence and traditions that are deeply and historically rooted in the territory.
“Thanks to the experience I gained in the program ‘Linea Verde<\/em>,’” explains Peppone Calabrese. I was able to take the audience on a journey of discovery of many little-known local realities. The stages of my journey constitute a symbol of what is ‘good food’, but also ‘good practice’. The main purpose is to enhance each aspect with love and passion<\/strong> <\/em>“.<\/p>\n

So from the tomatoes of Belmonte, whose first seeds were brought to Calabria by an emigrant in the early 20th century, through the Lucanian invention of sausage, to the mountain pasture cheeses of the Aosta Valley.
